CREW REST
Crew rest that works around your operation
HOW IT WORKS
From booking to rest in three steps
Your crew manages the entire reservation through your airline's branded app.

APP & API
One platform for booking and pod access
NapX manages availability, reservations and door access, and exposes all of it to your airline through two APIs.
Your brand, not ours
Booking lives inside an airline-branded membership app. Crew never leave your brand to find a pod.
Live availability
NapX holds which pods are free, for which slot, and keeps that in step across every booking channel.
By the hour or the day
Crew pay in the app for the window they need, hourly or a day pass until midnight.
Access follows the booking
The pod door opens for the booked period and closes itself after, so nobody has to manage the handover.

A front desk nobody has to staff
The lounge team gets one grid for the day: which pod is taken, by whom, until when. Turnaround time after each check-out is blocked off on its own, so the next crew member cannot book a pod that has not been reset yet.
- Booking grid by pod and by hour
- Automatic turnaround buffers between crew
- Digital key issued per reservation
- Rates, products and open bills in one place

Two ways to offer crew rest
Your crew pays per booking, or your airline covers it as a benefit.
Crew pay for their own reservations in the app. NapX takes a 4.5% processing fee on each booking, and the airline pays nothing.
Talk to salesYour airline offers pod access as a crew benefit. One flat rate per member each month, however much they book.
Talk to salesWHY NAPBOX
Crew rest that fits airline operations
Rest where duty happens
Give pilots and cabin crew a place to rest at the airport, close to where they need to be.
Hardware and software together
NapBox provides the sleep pods. NapX manages bookings and access, so staff do not need to handle each reservation.
No booking system to build
NapX provides the reservation and access functions through an airline-branded app, without the airline building those functions from scratch.
ACCESS
Access tied to each reservation
Access ends with the booking
The pod opens for the crew member who booked it, for the window they booked. When the slot ends, so does access.
No keys, no handover
Nothing physical to issue, collect or replace between crew members, and nothing for a night shift to supervise.
One pod, one occupant
Each reservation belongs to a single crew member, so there is no shared code being passed around a roster.

Questions airlines ask
Can our crew book pods through our own app?
Yes. NapX powers an airline-branded membership app where crew check availability, book a pod and open its door. Fitting that into an app you already run is agreed with our team first.
How much does NapX cost?
Either a 4.5% processing fee on each crew-paid booking, or $1.99 per member per month when the airline offers access as a benefit.
Who pays for crew reservations?
Your airline chooses. Crew can pay per booking, or the airline can cover it as a complimentary benefit.
Where can the pods be installed?
Airport lounges and airline crew facilities. Each pod is 86.61" long, 60.47" wide and 92.32" high and weighs 1,500 lb, so the floor and the route in are checked per site.
Can NapX connect to our existing crew systems?
NapX runs on two APIs, one for booking and one for pod access, so it can be connected to the systems an airline already uses. The scope is agreed with our team before integration starts.
What does installation involve?
The pod runs on standard 120V outlets with a 10 ft power cord, has a predrilled sprinkler hole with a removable cap, and meets UL 962 fire safety requirements. Optional anchor bolts are available for seismic zones. Site preparation and timing are confirmed per location.
