These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding contract between you and NapBox (“NapBox,” “we,” “our,” and “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Company Services

NapBox provides a range of modular sleeping system solutions, including but not limited to:

  • NapBox Bed Sales – Customizable, space-efficient modular beds for commercial use.

  • Assembly & Installation – Professional setup and installation of NapBox sleep pods.

  • Maintenance & Repairs – Scheduled and on-demand services to ensure optimal functionality and product longevity.

  • Accessories & Add-ons – Sale of compatible accessories, including mattresses, lighting, storage solutions, and smart integration features.

  • Custom Design Services – Tailored pod solutions based on customer specifications and space requirements.

2. Eligibility

2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind the organization or entity to these Terms (in which case, the references to “you” and “your” refer to the organization or entity).

2.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our products or services.

2.3 Service Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website and services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

2.4 Usage Restrictions: Our products and services are intended for commercial and business use only. Resale without authorization is prohibited.

2.5 Legal Compliance: If your use of our services is prohibited by applicable laws, you are not authorized to use the services. We are not responsible for any unlawful use of our services.

Orders and Payments

3.1 Placing an Order: Orders can be placed via our website, authorized retailers, or directly with our sales team. All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by NapBox. Custom orders require detailed specifications before production begins.

3.2 Pricing & Payment: Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment is required before processing and shipping orders, unless otherwise agreed upon. Custom design projects may require a non-refundable deposit before production begins.

3.3 Order Confirmation & Changes: Customers will receive an order confirmation via email after payment is processed. Any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.

3.4 Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment. If your payment is flagged for review, additional verification may be required before processing.

3.5 Late or Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is disputed, the order will be canceled unless resolved within 24 hours. For installment plans (if applicable), failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation.

Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Locations: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the order to the address you specified. International shipping may be available upon request, subject to additional fees and customs regulations.

4.2 Processing and Delivery Times: Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary based on location, product availability, and shipping method. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to the customer.

4.3 Shipping Costs & Fees: Standard shipping and assembly fees apply. Additional fees may be incurred for non-standard deliveries, including requirements like stairs, special handling, or deliveries outside business hours.

4.4 Delivery Requirements & Site Readiness: You must ensure the premises are ready for delivery, including clear access, finished flooring, compatible power supply, and necessary infrastructure (e.g., ethernet, sprinkler systems).

4.5 Delivery & Inspection: Upon delivery, you must inspect the unit(s) and report any damages, defects, or missing items within 7 days.

4.6 Delivery Scheduling & Failed Deliveries: Any changes to the delivery schedule must be made at least two business days in advance. A failed delivery may occur if access is not provided, the premises are not ready, or the documentation is incomplete.

4.7 Risk of Loss: Once shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or customs clearance.

4.8 Placement and Scope of Work Confirmation: You must confirm the placement and scope of work related to the unit(s) before assembly. Once confirmed, no further adjustments can be made without additional costs.

4.9 Use of Third-Party Service Providers: NapBox may use third-party service providers for shipping, delivery, assembly, or moving services. We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by these providers.

Custom Designs

5.1 Design Process & Requirements: Custom designs require detailed specifications. Once approved, no further modifications can be made.

5.2 Deposits & Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on any custom design. Full payment is due before shipping or installation.

5.3 Production & Timelines: Estimated production times are provided but may vary based on complexity. Delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

5.4 No Returns or Cancellations: Custom products cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. If an error occurs due to NapBox’s fault, we will work to correct or replace the product at no additional cost.

5.5 Intellectual Property: Custom designs created by NapBox remain our intellectual property. Customers may not copy or reproduce these designs without our consent.

Maintenance and Repairs

6.1 General Maintenance: You are responsible for routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void warranties.

6.2 Repair Services: NapBox offers repair services for defects under warranty or per separate service agreements. Repairs may be done on-site or at a service facility.

6.3 Scheduling Repairs: To request a repair, submit a request form with a description of the issue, photos, and purchase details.

6.4 On-Site Repairs: For on-site repairs, provide clear access and necessary documentation. If the site is inaccessible or unprepared, a service fee may apply.

6.5 Non-Warranty Repairs: Repairs outside warranty coverage will incur service fees. A cost estimate will be provided before non-warranty repairs begin.

6.6 Replacement Parts and Upgrades: Parts and upgrades can be purchased separately. Professional installation may be required for warranty coverage.

6.7 Services Not Provided: NapBox does not provide services for power sources, sprinkler installation, or seismic anchorage.

6.8 Disconnecting and Reinstalling Building Systems: You are responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting systems like power, sprinklers, and seismic anchorage at your expense.

6.9 Limitation of Liability: NapBox is not liable for damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or improper maintenance.

Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Engage in harmful or illegal activities.

  • Use NapBox trademarks without permission.

  • Circumvent security measures or disrupt services.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 General Policy: All sales are final, and returns or refunds are only accepted in specific cases outlined in this policy.

8.2 Order Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production starts.

8.3 Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

8.4 Return Process: To initiate a return, notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Returns must be approved in writing and shipped back with proof of purchase.

8.5 Refunds: Refunds will be processed after inspection and within 10-15 business days.

8.6 Non-Returnable Items: Custom-designed units, used items, or units damaged due to misuse are non-returnable.

Warranty

9.1 Coverage: We provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The specific warranty period depends on the product.

9.2 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental damage.

9.3 Claim Process: To file a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

9.4 Repairs and Replacements: If defective, we may repair or replace the unit, subject to availability.

9.5 Warranty Voidance: The warranty is void if the unit is moved by unauthorized personnel, altered, or improperly installed.

Intellectual Property

All content and designs related to NapBox products are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
